Requesting a quote: how we price your project
At Veliocas, a showcase website, an online shop or a custom tool is priced on a quote, never from a ready-made price list. No two businesses need the same thing: here is how a request works, what makes the price vary and what the quote you receive contains.
Request my quoteHow a quote request works
1. You describe your project
Through the contact form or by phone, directly with Erwann or Nicolas. A few lines are enough: your trade, what you expect from the site, what already exists.
2. We reply by email
No platform, no sales middleman: one of the two founders calls or writes back to you.
3. We scope the need together
We start from your real pain points and your goals. We come out with clear priorities and a defined scope, before writing a single figure.
4. You receive a detailed, free quote
Every line matches a deliverable. The quote only commits you once signed.
What makes the price vary
The price follows the work actually needed. The main factors:
- the number of pages, and the texts or photos to create or take over;
- the features: online ordering and click and collect, table booking, appointment booking, online quote requests;
- the admin area you need to manage your content, products or calendar yourself;
- the links with your existing tools: point-of-sale software, calendar, invoicing, business software;
- local search work: Google Business Profile, directories, customer reviews.
What the quote contains
- the project scope and the list of deliverables, page by page and feature by feature;
- the delivery time, set with you once the scope is agreed;
- the subscription covering hosting, security, updates and backups of our infrastructure;
- the payment terms: we can spread payments to protect your cash flow.
What to know before signing
- Our services are for professionals: craftspeople, shopkeepers, freelancers and small businesses.
- The subscription has a fixed initial term of twelve months (terms of sale, article 3.1). It then renews automatically for twelve-month periods unless cancelled in writing at least one month before the end (article 3.2).
- Terminating before the end of the fixed term, except for serious fault on our part, triggers an early-termination fee: 30% of the remaining fees during the first six months, 20% after that (article 3.3).
- Half a day of technical maintenance (4 hours) is included per twelve-month period; beyond that, we send an additional quote (article 4).
- When the contract ends, we hand back your data in a structured format (CSV or JSON) along with the static front-end of your site (article 5.2).
The details are in our terms and conditions of sale (in French).
A quote for every need
- Website design: a showcase website that presents your trade and receives your enquiries.
- Local visibility: the review of your presence on Google is free, with no commitment.
- E-commerce: an online shop priced according to your catalogue and logistics.
- Custom development: the feasibility study of your tool is free.
